This log home started out with a large unused game room which the Panther team converted to an office & conference room with a large gathering area for entertaining. The views overlook the stables & fields where the horses graze. The prop plane makes a casual flyby for fun.
This renovation boasts a full custom fireplace & mantle with timbers imported from British Columbia. The custom bar, lighting & full bath were designed to match the home’s adjacent barn.

We recently transformed this attic into a short-term vacation rental in conjunction with Turning Leaf Vacation Rentals! The Panther team installed all-new insulated board and batten rough-cut lumber on the walls & ceiling, and tongue & groove pine for the floor. The warm & cozy loft is now totally wired, including recessed lighting, receptacles & sconces. Plus new energy-efficient windows. Our construction work is not limited to the indoors! Last year, we designed & constructed a fire escape. This year, we completely rebuilt this massive deck in Reserve Township. It was pretty old & unsafe, and lacked a usable staircase to the lawn. We created a a secure foundation & a sturdy, attractive deck, and even took care of the surrounding landscaping!

Thanks to our client, Sarah, from Moon Township, for the kind words. One of the major problems with her existing kitchen was the original layout; frankly, it was awful, with no countertop space, no storage & no dishwasher.
So the Panther team went in with the game plan to increase storage space, create an open concept kitchen/dining room, and create a nice flow throughout. Scroll down for details about the project.
We removed a wall separating the kitchen from the dining room & created a breakfast bar in its place. We created additional storage space by installing cabinets below the breakfast bar.
The cabinets we used are from the Wolf collection & were custom designed for Sarah's kitchen, including extra-tall wall cabinets to maximize storage capacity and a 45-degree angled cabinet around the sink area.
We also installed all new stainless steel appliances and brushed nickel finishes for the door pulls, lighting (from Lamps Plus) & faucet.
